Cross

Well, I needed to post something eventually. So, I'll just start here so everybody knows I exist or something along those lines.

My name is Cross, a user name I've been using for the longest time due to me being obsessed with a fictional character by the same name. I am a nerd in all the sense of the word. I wear glasses, I love comic books, I'm obsessed with trading cards, love video games and also my mom passes me by everyday and looks at me staring at the computer and goes, "You are such a square."

Which I am proud to be ~shows off 'Official Nerd Badge~. My hobbies are mostly writing, participating in literate roleplays and working with my editing program that cost about 500$. I use it mostly to make amvs and such. I spend my time collecting episodes from my favorite shows such as Pokemon or other things you usually see kids watching. I am a young atheist, which I am proud to be. I have been one since I was in middle school since my friend made me realize I lacked any faith after thinking about it for a while. And I am proud I still call myself one seeing as most of my friends, teachers and classmates put me down for being one. But, meh, that's life. ~shrugs~

Anyway, I hope I can be a good part of the community here. And maybe stay for a long while as well.

 Fun Facts about Cross

~ She loves bugs, mostly ants

~ She has ADHD

~ She is black and actually likes rock music and hates rap.  :D

~ She hopes to travel to Japan one day

~ She is somewhat of a grammar nazi

~ She spends hours reading fanfiction on the computer

~ She still likes Pokemon which she had been watching since she was a little girl <.<

....~Goes back to looking at anime and fanfiction~

~chuckles~ You guys are so nice!

Okay, my top five anime list!

1. Fullmetal Alchemist ~I just finished the Manga, and I luvs it!~

2. Bleach ~Been keeping an eye on this for a long while~

3. Naruto ~I know this is overrated but I like some of it to a degree, it does get annoying sometime~

4. Pokemon ~Some people still don't refer to this show as a anime for some reason, I'm attracted to it now because of the contests, they could make it a little better though~

5. FLCL aka Fooly Cooly ~The randomness and hotness is awesome~

Okay, now for my roleplay sites I usually go on proboards. I'm mostly seen on the anime or video game-related stuff (examples being Kingdom Hearts, Pokemon, Digimon, etc...)  but I am attracted to fantasy and interesting boards with good plots behind 'em. I usually go by the name of Eboni or some other random username. And I did not know cool N00bs existed o.o

They must be, like, endangered or rare  to come by.

And I love the picture of the bugs! The multi-colored one is pretty, I think I may have seen one near my house that looked similar to that species. And the ant looks familiar too. I have a few tiny black ants I check out near my house.

Edit; Oh, and Pink, I watched Evangelion on Adult Swim when I was like eleven or twelve. It... was... awesome! So awesome I bothered to watch the movie that ended up freaking me out more the Elfen Lied

Welcome, welcome, welcome.  We should get along well, except where the spelling is concerned, I've got a PhD, but I am the worst speller and my punctuation could use some help.  It's my one true flaw, Ok, it's one of many.  I am a flawed individual, which is really cool to me.

You sound interesting.  I taught at an Historically Black College in South Carolina for a number of years, so I don't steriotype people of any color, culture, or interests.  My only advice on this site, is to be honest and open, and stick by your guns, until someone can prove you wrong.

Have fun, and Welcome again.

Okay, you got me, I shall admit this now. I like Eminem and most female rappers.

I just hate rap that puts down women, talks about gangs, about drugs and about sex.

Why do you reduce the font size in your posts?

Or maybe I should say.

~Restrains self from giggling~

I reduce the size because I always do. It's like a... uh... addiction to things small and cute. I've been writing in small test since I first started out on the internet.

~sighs at good memories~

Please don't. I find it hard to read.

Thanks
